How to pull Copilot Studio response's variable into Power Automate

Posted on 7 Nov 2024 16:49:10 by 2
The goal is to share the Copilot Studio BOT’s response with the user via email. I have successfully created a Power Automate flow to retrieve the email ID variable and send the email. However, I am having trouble pulling the Copilot Studio’s response variable into Power Automate. Could you please assist? Thank you.

How to pull Copilot Studio response's variable into Power Automate

Can you let know what trouble are you facing.?

In Copilot Studio, configure your bot to store its response in a variable botResponsethat you can reference. This variable should be available in a way that it can be passed along to Power Automate.

After setting up the response variable (botResponse), make sure it is accessible to Power Automate by connecting it to the Power Automate trigger. If your bot already triggers Power Automate, you may need to go back to the setup and ensure botResponse is included as one of the parameters sent in the flow trigger.

    Thanks.
