Hi everyone, so I have created a copilot ChatBot but I want to add something that process and invoice for my client. Is that possible?

What is the copilot expected to do? Extract information from scanned invoices?

Here's what I want to do

Prequalify the customer for our service of processing a mechanic lien.
After they have done that can ask them to fill out the form.
Ask them to accept the terms and conditions
Create an invoice for the fee to hire us.
Accept the payment.
Email the order to someone. Such as a staff member
