Sharepoint list Form for multiple items

I have just realized that I can select several items in a SP list and edit them in a PowerApps form:

But if I try to customize the form, I can only operate on the usual forms (edit, new, view) working on single items.

How can I customize the form system uses in multiple items?

Is it a new feature or I just discovered it now? Googling did not help...

Your customizations only handle one item.  They will not work on multiple items.  If you have need for doing so, the I would consider putting a stand alone PowerApp together for it rather than use the customized forms in the SharePoint UI.

I hope this is helpful for you.

@RandyHayes Thanks for your answer. Is it misleading that there is a button suggesting you to customize with PA indeed. Also I find potentially harmful any user with contribute permission being able to screw up multiple items. Would be good to have chance to hide this command (I mean edit when multiple selection).

Yes, I can see where that could confuse people.  It is one of the many reasons we abandoned user actually using the SharePoint interfaces and moved them over directly to PowerApps.  Unless users are more savvy in SharePoint, they can definitely screw something up.  No can do in a PowerApp (if we don't let them).
