Hello,

i have created a custom chatbot with copilot studio, and have 2 questions:

1) when the bot replies with GEN AI, its adds to the reply, the following, Did this resolve your issue? If not, please let me know more details about the problem you are facing OR Did this resolve the issue? If not, please provide more details or screenshots for further assistance. Is anyone aware from were i can change that text please? I went over through all topics and couldn't find it.

2) my knowledge base in basically a word document, uploaded in sharepoint and inside i have a lot of reference to url's. can anyone assist in how i should format these so that on teams (since my bot channel is just teams, the url is shown as a link, rather than https://something.com ? I tried placing <a href> in the document but to no success.
