Hi,
I got an canvas application where users in my org can create a form input text and upload attachments.
Firstly testing by a few people, it all worked well.
But now I ran into an issue that some others got their form saved (with title, text...etc) without the uploaded attachments.
There is no sign or notify of error for it.
It's quite strange while the application still works properly with the entire users.
Anyone knows the reason or any solution for it?
