How to pass the custom text box values to the powerapps process workflow

I have created custom input textbox on power pages form, how we can pass the value of the textbox input to the process workflow.

Please let me know if anyone is having any idea on this.

1. Create new field on that entity & add on Basic form
2. Read text field input in Power Automate/Workflow
