We have never used Power APP or dataverse. The only product we use is power BI embedded. But I saw the power platform storage usage are over capacity. Where is the usage coming from?
Power Platform licenses automatically spin up a Default org that can be used by various first-party tools Microsoft has, such as the Approvals app. If you don't intend to start using power platform, you can safely ignore the "over storage capacity" emails you're getting.
Thanks for your reply! Is there a way to stop these email bombs? We just kept receiving them...
Not sure. You might be able to delete the Default Environment so your storage goes to zero, but I have never tried.

Yeah, users don't have permission to it by default. I think by default only your O365 administrator does... not sure.
