    Hi @Anonymous ,

Does your environment has common data service?

If not, please create common data service in your environment.

If you use Action 'Start an approval',  approvals will be created as records. So you need to have CDS in your environment and have the CDS provisioned. Or else, you can not act this action.

Please contact the global admin and then do the follwoing:

    • Get enough flow licence for the account you are using
    • Go to the flow app and then from settings choose the admin center
    • choose the 'environments' tab on the left
    • select your default environment
    • click 'create database' and follow the instructions

(If you act the action in your trial environment, you need to create database in your trial environment.)

Hi @v-yutliu-msft  this help me so much thank,I create a new enviroment with the database and it works.

I have another doubt, how can I create a database for an existing environment? I looked for where to create a new base in this admin center but I didn't find it, or the only solution is delete the environment an create it again?
