error 'CdsInstanceProvisioningIncomplete' when i try to send an approval in new environment

hi I have a error with approvals in ms Flow, I create a new environment for production and I create my flow with approval, and when it runs appear the following error in the approval:

 

429. The request failed. Error code: 'CdsInstanceProvisioningIncomplete'. Error Message: 'A Common Data Service database for this environment has not completed provisioning or does not yet support the requested approvals functionality. Please try again later.'.

 

in my default environment works fine, and i search CdsInstanceProvisioningIncomplete in google and doesnt appear information.

 

in internet i see something like i need to configure the Common Data Service but i cant find how to do it and also my  environment is new and it is type Trial i dont know if i need to change it 

i hope someone could help 

also i alredy have common data service in case I need to configure something

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Does your environment has common data service?

    If not, please create common data service in your environment.

    If you use Action 'Start an approval',  approvals will be created as records. So you need to have CDS in your environment and have the CDS provisioned. Or else, you can not act this action.

    Please contact the global admin and then do the follwoing:

    • Get enough flow licence for the account you are using
    • Go to the flow app and then from settings choose the admin center
    • choose the 'environments' tab on the left
    • select your default environment
    • click 'create database' and follow the instructions

    (If you act the action in your trial environment, you need to create database in your trial environment.)

    Hi @v-yutliu-msft  this help me so much thank,I create a new enviroment with the database and it works.

    I have another doubt, how can I create a database for an existing environment? I looked for where to create a new base in this admin center but I didn't find it, or the only solution is delete the environment an create it again?
