PDF conversion from Word Files fails

Hello all, 
 
I get below error message when trying to convert certrain word files to PDF in the PowerAutomate flow. 
 
It seems this has to do with the respective Word Files. Does anyone have an idea what the underlyning issue could be or give a hint in order to narrow down the issue?
