I've updated the greeting message and Copilot name . For some users, the new Copilot name is reflected in the greetings, but the other updates to the greeting message are not showing.
Can someone help ? Note: It's been two days since the update was made. We also tried using 'Start over,' but it didn't work. We attempted in incognito mode and after clearing the cache, but with no success.
The issue has been resolved.
In my Copilot setup, the primary language is English, and the new greeting was updated in this primary language. However, for users with their browsers set to a secondary language, the greeting text did not update.
This appears to be linked to language settings in Copilot. When I switched the test language in Copilot to the secondary language, the old text still appeared.
To fix this, I downloaded the secondary language localization file for Copilot, updated the new greeting text in the file, re-uploaded it, and published the changes.
The update is now complete! 😊
