How to make this type of new form into like a table and also like a SharePoint quick edit model. Please refer the attached image what I need.
I would like to enter my data in this table view. Is it possible?

You may need to change the way the budget table is related to the parent table, based on what you have shown in your current screenshots.

Where is that form available?
Is it from different data source? Is it available as table in Microsoft dataverse?
