Filter Gallery by another Gallery Selection

For the life of me I think my brain is fried today.

I have a gallery that when selected I would like to filter an SP list to show information based upon the selection.

Gallery1.Selected has a "Tool Number" which comes from SP List 1.

When Gallery 1.Selected Filter SP List 2 using the SP List 1 "Tool Number". They both use the same column names and format.

Filter(SPList2,'Tool Number'=Gallery1.Selected.'Tool Number')

@jamescosten Could you send a bigger screenshot? Is this code definitely written in the Items of the second gallery?
