The OneDrive folder structure, which is the destination for PAD (Power Automate Desktop) flow saving, has been changed in some accounts.
Regarding the OneDrive Error event that many people have been posting about since October, it is probably because the folder structure has been changed without permission but is not in alignment with the PAD side.
