I created a Chatbot (without adding/changing topic) and included it in my Canvas app. It always show 'Unable to connect'.

Here are a few fixes your Chatbot issue:
-Ensure that your Chat bot has been published- This helps with Bot activation, End point availability and Power Apps Integration.
-Double-check the connection settings between your Chatbot and the Canvas app to ensure they are properly configured.-Verify that the code for the Chatbot integration in the Canvas app is correct and up-to-date.-Check if there are any error messages or logs that can provide more information about the connection issue.-If possible, test the Chatbot in a different environment or platform to see if the issue persists.

Unfortunately this Chatbot feature is available only to United States environments (for now). I hope MS will roll it out soon to other regions.
