Github Repository as Knowledge to Agent

Hello,

I'm trying to configure my agent in Copilot Studio to use a GitHub repository as a source of knowledge.

I want the agent to understand and reference the code in the repository when responding — essentially using the repo as its knowledge base.

Could someone explain:

  • How do I connect a GitHub repository code to my agent?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I am not sure Copilot support directly indexing a GitHub repository as a knowledge source, you can clone your repo and use it as source or maybe use raw URLs as public website knowledge sources!
