so if i make a bot for my client. How much does my client need to pay? And how many people can use the bot on the same time. Cause my client needs a chat bot for their customers( which in this case around 100 at a time). What license do i need to pay? Cause right now i am using trial license, and what license do my client who in this case will only be using for their customers?
The answer to that is somewhat dependent on what the Bot does. Depending on the connections used you may need additional licensing. For example, if the Bot calls a Power Automate flow to retrieve and return data you would need a Power Automate license in addition to the PVA license.
But assuming this is regular PVA and not PVA for Teams, you will need a PVA license to build the Bot (a trial license or one provided by your client should work). In addition to that your client will need a license to run the Bot. Bot licensing is based on consumption. The retail cost is $1,000 per month for the first 2,000 sessions. A session begins when a user invokes the Bot via triggering a topic. It ends when the Bot has solved the user's questions or the session exceeds 60 minutes or 100 back and forth replies.
