Cloudflow, sending emails to assigned.

Hello,

I have a lookup column that looks up to the USERS table, column EMAIL (dataverse).  My main table has a column ASSIGNED TO that has the Full Name value.

In the flow, I have set to send email to ASSIGNED TO whenever a new incident is created.

The problem is that the email is always sent to me, instead of to the ASSIGNED TO.  Is it because I am the one logged in and creating the new incident?

Is there something wrong with this flow?  Thanks.

try checking the column you are giving in To.

just whether you are using the right column or not

I am the one logged in and creating the new incident?if this is the case than its created by column not Email.

    check value in Email column

You would be better off posting this in the powerautomate forums for a quick response, but just glancing at this without seeing the actual code I am going to guess your dataverse email reference in the to: section is referencing the email of the person who created the record in dataverse, and if you created the record its just going to be sent to you?

If it were my flow id make an assigned column and have it store the user you select, then after the initialization of this flow have a user lookup step where it looks up the users office profile using the userid in the assigned column of the record that was made then use the output of this step in the to instead of the output of the dataverse step
