Hi, I am trying to get the Chatbot to produce generative answers based on our knowledge articles for Microsoft Start partners: https://helpcenter.microsoftstart.com/kb .

However, the bot doesn't seem to be able to read that content. When I try other help sites such as learn.microsoft.com, it works (not sure how accurately, but at least it generates answers based on the content):

I figured this might be something to do with the robots.txt on that site, but it doesn't seem to block the bot from the knowledge articles:

Any ideas what might be causing this or what else I can try?
