I created a canvas app that makes use of two connectors. When users sign into the app for the first time, they are prompted to click Allow or Don't Allow on Permissions to gain full functionality of the app (see attachment below). A user accidentally clicked Don't Allow. Now I can't recreate this prompt so that user can click Allow. I have tried unsharing and resharing the app in hopes that it would trigger that initial prompt but to no avail. I also tried removing his Basic User role and adding it back but no success. Thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help.
Did you ever get this figured out? Would you mind sharing how you fixed this, if so? Having the same issue here.

Make sure you remove the connections and add them again, then try re publishing the app with a new version.
