    Where are you seeing this error? On the test canvas or did you publish the copilot?

    Where are you seeing AuthenticationInputNotEnabled? You do need to publish the copilot after changing the authentication method

    I published the changes now but still i am not getting answers in test chat. Error details as below,

    the AuthenticationInputNotEnabled error appears when using Gen Answers with no authentication configured, or when "Only for Teams and Power Apps" is selected.

    "Only for Teams and Power Apps" can be used for testing purposes, and while testing, you can  treat AuthenticationInputNotEnabled as benign.

    If you selected "Manual (for custom website)" in authentication and published the copilot, you should not see this error.

    Can you verify the config again?

    Hi @adilei ,

    I have verified the configured it seems good as per microsoft document, Configure user authentication with Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn I have attached the screenshots of configuration in the starting of the thread itself.  Is it possible to get some logs related to this? If so, where i can locate it ?

    I've just gone through setting up a copilot from scratch and can confirm that the error is removed once authentication is changed to manual. Not sure why the error remains in your case. Are you sure the copilot was successfully published? Are there any other errors interfering with the publish process?

    As for logs, you can save a snapshot of the copilot, or connect the copilot to telemetry, although I can't direct you towards anything specific to look for in the logs. Raising a case with customer support is always an option.

    Thanks @adilei During publish there is no error. I can able to publish it without any errors.

    @Prabhu_Kannan , I've just switched my copilot to "Teams and Power Apps" and then back to "Manual Authentication", and AuthenticationInputNotEnabled did not disappear, but it is harmless. i.e. I can publish the copilot and get responses from Gen Answers.

    Maybe this is the case for you as well, and the reason you are not getting responses is unrelated to this error.

    See this response on how to test search results coming from Graph API.

    Hi @adilei ,

    I tried with graph explorer and logged in with my admin account. I got the response as Tenant has no SPO license.

    Response,

    {
        "error": {
            "code": "BadRequest",
            "message": "Tenant does not have a SPO license.",
            "innerError": {
                "date": "2024-02-11T11:17:48",
                "request-id": "1de534fc-f11a-4c16-ab93-276274b5f073",
                "client-request-id": "474a101d-a95b-650f-2153-76c335bd6cb3"
            }
        }
    }

    I have logged in copilot studio with my organization id and does not have admin access. In this case what i need to do ? Is that will affect my BOT? I have done the azure configuration with admin account and applied those credentials in my BOT.
