"Error code: SystemError" calling a power automate flow from Copilot Studio

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. We have published an agent on Copilot 365, and before calling an action that in turn triggers a Power Automate flow, we are receiving the error: Error code: SystemError. Because of this error, the flow never gets triggered. Does anyone know what this could be caused by and how to fix it?

So is this a conversational agent then?

Would have to see more information on your actual agent, its instructions, the triggers (if you have any), the topics, what are defaults, fallbacks etc etc.

Issue is, technically if you just load it.. it shouldn't even act like a conversation has started so it failing immediately is weird for sure.

But also, go into the Studio and look at that agent, the Activities tab, let's see if anything is there that will help us figure out what is firing off and why its failing.

I am assuming you have also looked in Power automate at your flows. I know you said it shouldn't have even attempted to fire, but just validating that also.
