need to be able to add to a choice column from power app screen

I have a choice column that I would like to be able to add to from power apps. It is called ManufactureName . I want to build a button  on screen to call a screen to list all entries in the column and be able to add to the choice field and have it save it as a choice...

 

Right now to add another choice in for that column I have to hand edit the sharepoint data column than refresh it to make it available as a choice in power apps. I would like to add that as a choice without having to open sharepoint...

 

database.ManufatureName is column

    Are you saying you want to add a new column in SharePoint from Power Apps ? If so, you cannot do this - it needs to be done in SharePoint.

    If you need that the new choice column value to be a permanent one and to be added to choices values of the column, the only one to do that from PowerApps is with the help of one flow.
