I am trying to make an improvement with Bot in teams, however I wont work only on my own, and there are some co-worker in my organization would assist me.
the main problem, my team could not access to edit the topics that we are building. I would be highly grateful if there is someone could give me further information how to build Bot with a team or co-workers.

For chatbots created in the Power Virtual Agents app in Microsoft Teams, permissions are determined by your Microsoft Teams roles in the team where your chatbot is created.
So, co-authors would need to be added as Owner of the Teams where the chatbot is hosted.
