Unrecognised User input must call fallback topic at first time input.

Hey,

I have created bot in preview version with predefine menus(using Adaptive card) and i want to call fall back topic call when Unrecognised User input at very first time. can anyone help with that?

I tried to reduce fallback count but will not work.

    Can you share more details?

    I can't repro this behavior. By bot goes to the fallback topic on the first occurrence of an unrecognized user input.
