Hi everyone,
I've created a plugin action in Microsoft Copilot Studio to send emails. During the configuration process, I selected "Send an email (V2)". When I proceeded to review and test this action, I used the provided testing link, which led me to Copilot for Teams. However, when I asked Copilot to send an email, I received a response saying, "I'm sorry, I am not able to take an action." Also in some cases I received a response " I've send the email to that account" , but in fact the action was not done!
Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and what I need to do to successfully send emails using my plugin in Copilot? Specifically, I’d like to know:
