Is anyone else experiencing a lack of Teams notifications when using the Approvals connector in GCC high or DoD Tenants? We're experiencing it in both tenant types, but I don't recall GCC High having this issue in the past.
Because of the multiple environment strategy recommended (and necessary in large enterprises), the Teams notification is the quickest way for customers to access approval requests using the approval app. Teams does not allow automatic setting of the environment in the Approval tab in Teams.
I've tried exploring the Adaptive Cards route, but no direct link to the approval in teams is available.
I understand users can use the email notification option but the Teams approval notifications are slightly more seamless.
If anyone has any work arounds, or ideas, they are welcome.
