How do know if an Email is sent via a Power app push

Hi Team,

Need your help in understanding how can we differentiate if a Email is sent Via a Power app.

How do we Uniquely Identify if an email was sent via Power apps or was a normal email sent,
( ideally just want to know which emails were triggered using power apps and which were normal emails.)

The email will always come from the logged in user, so there is no way of knowing unless you put some flag in the subject or body.
