Using PVA to Capture information

Hi,

I am trying to use PVA to capture some basic information from people in my company who seem to 'forget' what they need to provide in order to progress a work item.

In short, the capture of information is working for the most part, but what I need to be able to do is allow the person interacting with PVA to attach an image in the conversation and then after answering all of the questions the bot asks, send the outputs of those questions and image to either an email address, team or conversation, not fussed on the output destination, just mainly getting the outputs somewhere.

Is this possible?

@hallsie Would it work if you had the chatbot prompt the user to submit a form and then use power automate to push the results of the form to the appropriate place? I've used flows to push text data to teams channels and even created adaptive cards that the bot posted but it didn't have the attachment. But if you can prompt the user to fill out a Microsoft Form then trigger a flow when a new form record is submitted. It may be a workaround until attaching a file by chat is possible.

Hello @hallsie , It is possible to collect text and number type information, but it is not yet possible to directly insert an attachment into the PVA.
The information you collect will be saved in variables and then you can create a Power Automate to send to the email you want.
