Hey all, I've been spending a lot of time trying to upload my own FAQ for the suggested topics on a website to get them imported. I've gone through the documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-create-topics-from-web.
I am struggling with this error
I have formatted my FAQ to match the structure of the following pages.
Frequently asked questions - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs
Frequently Asked Questions about COVID-19 Vaccination | CDC
Hi @CariRodz ,
Is it a public website with HTTPS protocol?
If it's possible, share with us the link, we can try it from our side, and also, if it's not working well, you can open a ticket to the MS Support team: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support
Hi @renatoromao ,
Its an open link from Share point just to grab the information.
Its in pdf format...But its just not happy with the document
Thank you
It's not possible to read SharePoint/OneDrive files, we have security behind those files.
The link needs to be on the internet: e.g. https://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/tests/xhtml/testfiles/resources/pdf/dummy.pdf
Dumb question even if its an open link?
We dont have a web page for our FAQ .
any suggestions?
Yes, needs to have an open link on a public website.
I'd recommend publishing this file temporarily to an Azure Web App or another public website, then remove it there.
Thank you,
I will give it a try.
