Dataverse/Edit Form/Table/Gallery Date Range Questions

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone may assist me in figuring out the coding I need for the power app I'm developing. I have an edit form that has two data cards listed Start Date and End Date. I need to figure out a way to format a gallery with this edit form data to highlight everything red after the end date is reached based on the users computer's date and in turn highlight the same gallery to highlight green when the dates are today from start to end date. Does anyone know a way to accomplish this? I am able to do so working with one date, but I am having issues figuring it out when there is a date range.

Also, another side note which is not as important at this time does anyone know if there's a way in Powerapps when submitting an edit form with date ranges to have a gallery add multiple records based on the date range.

FYI - I am using the Dataverse currently to store and manipulate the data.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Michael_S89

The following worked for me looking at the two fields and changing the fill appropriately of the field in the gallery.  Hopefully this is what you are looking to do.

    1. If Date is < Start Date then it will not do any fill, sets to parent's value
    2. If between the dates it will color it green
    3. if > end date, it will color red
