Error saving action in Copilot Studio

Hi,
I'm getting a error "Error saving action. Please try again" when trying to save a prompt-based action (actually, the error also occurs if I click the Next button too).
Other members of the team which seem to have the same permissions as me are able to create them.

The same error occurs both in the team environment and my personal one.

The questions are:
1) Any possible reasons for being unable to move forward with the action? I've tried using both an existing and a new solution (and in this case, an empty solution gets created). The Name and Description are pretty normal I would say.
2) Any location with more detailed logging info about the issue I could check?

Hi,

I too am having the same issue. I've tried in different environments and it fails in all and just says the following without any other info about why this happened

There was an error saving your action. Please try again.

I am having this same issue, it creates the solution but it's empty, and that error message is not helpful.
Were you able to find out the cause yet?
