Is there a way to connect Telegram to PowerApps?

I think the connector for telegram can do this for you, actually exist one call Telegram Bot:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/telegrambotip/
But also, you can create your own connector with custom connector and use the API for telegram.
