Hi, I've been trying to add my chatbot to the team where I created it, but keep getting the error "We couldn't add your bot (to Channel). Try again.
And if I try the Copy link method, and use the link, it gives me the message "This app cannot be found". I had already published the chatbot 1 day ago, so I think any synchronization should already be finished? Not sure what's the error.
Thank you for reporting, we are investigating this issue.
Struggling with same issues, will apply these settings and report back here...
In my case, there were some settings in Microsoft admin centre (organisation-wide admin settings) that needed to be changed, I'm not sure if only one of these specifically solved the issue, or if all 3 changes were necessary to be applied at the same time... but you could probably try it out:
• Turn on “Interaction with custom apps”
• “Upload custom apps” to “On”
• Modify existing permission policy at “Custom Apps" to “Allow all apps”.
Hi jg12, no, I'm stuck with some internal company processes regarding M365 admin permissions setting - it's still in process.
@jg12 can you send me direct message on forum with your tenant ID and bot ID and screenshot of the issue? Those can be found under Configure -> Details in the left nav of PVA.
@Anonymous did you get this sorted? suffering the same issue myself
Hi there, is anyone from Microsoft able to assist on this? My company is unable to use Power Virtual Agents for the past few weeks due to the issue above.
Hi @micchow , our Teams admin has enabled 'Shared Power Virtual Agents app' in Teams admin center, but I am still encountering the same error. Is there any other setting that they should change?
Screenshots of error below, for your reference:
@Anonymous , please check with your Teams admin to see if they disabled 'Shared Power Virtual Agents app' in Teams admin center that would disallow users in the organization to directly install PVA bot.
