Designer not available in M365 Browser

Hi, I am in the MS 365 Browser VErsion

Business Standard Version
Copilot Pro License.

I can see the "Designer" (in German "Erstellen")- App in the sidebar. 

When I click it, I cannot access the AI Image generator for generating images, Posters, Banners ect. 

How can I access it ?
