So it seems like you probably deleted the website record itself, it can happen if you probably were trying to delete a list from a subgrid on website record form and clicked on the delete right at the top of the page.
Good thing is, this is recoverable, you can simply restore your database from an earlier time (backups are automatically taken every hour) which will bring your site back. Once you do that, make sure you also remove the admin mode from database.
Also for future, i will recommend enabling this (Restore deleted Microsoft Dataverse table records (preview) - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn), it will help you restore deleted records easily without restoring whole backup.

    pls try the following:

    • Go to Power Platform Admin Center or Power Apps and open Dataverse Tables.
    • Locate the Websites table and check if the record with the ID 9a83bf69-0c6d-ee11-8df0-6045bdd9c3e0 exists.
    • If the website record is missing, you may need to restore it. Unfortunately, if the record was permanently deleted, you might need to recreate the site or restore from a backup (if available)
    • In the Power Pages Admin Center or Portal Management App, ensure that the current website ID associated with your site matches the ID of the active website in Dataverse.
    • In Portal Management, go to Site Settings and check any settings related to Web Site Binding or Web Page Bindings.
    • Ensure the Default Site Setting points to the correct website.
    • Under Web Page Access Control Rules, confirm that no critical pages or roles have been inadvertently altered or removed.
    • In the Websites table in Dataverse, verify that the State and Status Reason for the website record are set to Active. If it is Inactive, activate it to see if this resolves the issue.

I had added a table to the website which included a list.  I no longer was going to use the list....so I deleted it within Portal Management.

My fear is I deleted something else, thinking I was just removing a list.

    Hi

I am not sure what this means "I was deleting out a list from a table " can you explain in more detail, also what was it you were deleting and how was it bound to the other aspects of your site?
