How do I instruct the chatbot to send user answers into an Excel spreadsheet?

Hi.  I'm learning Chatbot creation in Copilot Studio, and have created my chatbot's flow without errors (Yay!).  In a few places, I'd like the user's answers to flow into an Excel spreadsheet, but I haven't yet found instructions or a video showing me how to do this.  Please suggest the steps or a useful video I can watch to demonstrate this step.  Thanks!
