Is it possible to update just one topic of a PVA bot using Power Platform Solutions or do I need to upgrade the entire bot in the process? In my scenario, I'd like to clone a patch from the solution that the bot is located in and that patch would only contain the updated topic. As far as I checked, it is not possible to add just one chatbot subcomponent from the 'Add existing' components menu.
I believe you are correct that you must update the whole PVA bot via a Patch, not just one Topic. But you can Patch just the bot and leave the supporting Flows, etc as they are.
