Designing & Licencing PVA with Azure Cognitive Service Question Answering

Hello,

I want to develop a Virtual Agent for my organization.
Instead of topics in VA, does it make sense to integrate Azure Questionn Answering to increase the quality of the bot?
I want to integrate the bot with Teams, which is free for the users. If I use Question Answening serivice, would I need to license all users of the bot with Power Automate licenses in addition to the Azure service or do I need a payed subscription for the bot?

 

It would be great so get some help on this!

    Hi Caddy, to answer your question on licensing, users of the bot do not need Power Automate licenses to use the bot. You as the bot author will need to have a PVA license/paid subscription in order to create/author the bot. The paid subscription will allow you to use premium Power Automate connectors in your bot.
