Need to transfer mmp. Microsoft Project file into planner using power apps but Project isnt shown as an app i have even with license. How do i fix this ?

To transfer .mmp/.mpp into Planner why you need Power Apps you can directly import the planner file as follows

Open Project for the Web: Access Project for the Web at project.microsoft.com.
Create a New Plan: In Project for the Web, click the "+ New Plan" button.
Import Project: Choose "Import Project as Plan" from the new plan options.
Select the .mpp File: Browse to and select your MS Project file (.mpp).
Import and Link: Project for the Web will import the project data. You can then link this imported project to a Planner plan.
Find the "Planner" Button: In the Project ribbon, look for the "Planner" button.
Link to Plan: This will open a pane where you can select the desired Planner plan.
Connect and Save: Connect the Project tasks to your Planner plan and save.
Access in Planner: The linked project tasks will now be visible in your Planner plan
