I created a new permission level and I would like to prevent users set with the permission not to be able to share the SharePoint list or Export the data.
I have unchecked the checkbox for, "Use Client Integration Features - Use features which launch client applications. Without this permission, users will have to work on documents locally and upload their changes.", which was suggested by forms online to remove the user's ability to export but the I am still able to export the list when testing the permission setting on a test account.
I also changed the sharing permissions for the site but I am still able to share the list on the test account. I did check the site permissions to confirm that the test account is not an owner.
