Custom Pages - Open from ribbon button / as dialog

Hi All,

 

Another CP question, I am trying to researching using CP within Customer Service Workspace, I am looking at ways in how the ribbon works with using buttons and dialogs. Could someone please link guidance on the use of CP within CSW if possible and how it ties together?

    Customer Service Workspace is a Dynamics365 app, you will be more recommended to post in D365 community:
