Power App built on Sharepoint List that is Private

Greetings

I have a PowerApp that I built leveraging a Sharepoint List with a people picker field and also calls data from other lists within the same site. My issue is that I want this Powerapp to be public (within my org) but the Sharepoint site itself is private. Because of this, parts of the form that have drop down fields that call on other sharepoint list items fails. Once I make that user a member then it works for them

Any suggestions on how I might be able to make the the lists public within a private site or any other suggestions?

Ultimate goal is to allow the powerapp to be used across our org.

YOu won't be able to do that without giving everyone in the organization whatever access they need to the lists involved.  They don't need access to the site, but they will need access to the list.  There is no other way since Power Apps doesn't support any kind of impersonation.

    Thank you

How do I give global access to the lists?

In the list settings there is an entry for Permissions.  Break Permissions inheritance on the list and then grant permissions to group 'everyone'

Assign whatever permission level is required by the app to that group.

    Thank you

Unfortunately "everyone" does not come up as an option for me.

Is this SharePoint On-Premises or Online?  For Online there should be a group "everyone except External users".  For on-premises you'll need to talk to your AD admins.

Never mind....our list for "everyone" was titled something different. Thank you!!
