Hi everyone,
I'm trying to add SharePoint files and folders as a knowledge source for my agent, but I keep running into an issue where the status switches from "Ready" to "Blocked" shortly after adding it.
Here’s what I’ve tried and verified so far:
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Policy: I've allowed every relevant action and connector in the only DLP policy in my organization (configured via the Power Platform Admin Center).
- File Location & Ownership: The files/folders are not more than one directory deep and are stored in a SharePoint document library where I am listed as an owner.
- I also attempted to manually upload the files to the agent, but encountered the same "Blocked" status.
- Error Message: When testing the agent, I receive this error: "One or more data sources are not allowed by your organization's data loss prevention policy and need to be removed. Error code: DataLossPreventionViolation."
- No Connector Error Details: There are no detailed connector error logs available to help diagnose the issue, nothing to download.
- Cleared browser cookies
- Removed and republished the agent
- Rebuilt the agent from scratch
Environment Details:
- The environment in Power Platform Admin Center is not managed.
- All knowledge connections in all agents (whether created by me, the org admin, or other users) are currently broken in the same way.
Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
