How to update default error message?

I have PVA bot in ms teams which gives following response intermittently.

"Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address."

Is there a way I can detect this and run some action like Power Automate on it to get Notified via email so I can get alerts on PVA status?.

Is there a way to update this message?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

No, maybe it is an issue within your development that you published.

If it is not your issue, you can raise a ticket in the Microsoft Support team to understand the instability inside your environment: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

Raise your idea to have a Power Automate trigger when PVA fails here:  https://aka.ms/pva/community/ideas
