Looking for detailed explanation of each table in a security role

I want to understand in detail what each table in the security role does or represents.

 

I know that the "Process" table refers to flow process, but there is more, and I have not been able to find a documentation that provides information regarding each of this table.

 

I will appreciate if you can assist me with information regarding this.

    Here is the documentation for out of the box Tables/Entities. It gives a brief description of the table, columns, relationships, and messages.
