Looking to setup a way for any exported data from Model-driven app (e.g. through 'Export to Excel') to be password protected.
I am aware of Data Loss Prevention Policies and have set these up but not sure if this is what I am looking for as I still want to allow users to export data to excel for example, but want the data to be password protected when it has been exported.
Thoughts/suggestions?

The feature is included in the recently published 2022 Release Wave 1 Plan here.

Sounds like you're looking for Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) features for Dataverse. While unfortunately there is no feature available currently, Microsoft did briefly announce at the Ignite event that MIP for Dataverse is on their roadmap. There were no details around what features it will include however.
