Hi Guys,

I want to get the full power package (power apps, flow and power bi) for my small 2 man business. I am struggling to work out exactly how I purchase this.

Can you please help?

Is there a specific office 365 package that gives you this?

    Hi,

I know this is a really old post, but I'm going through and answering some older posts in case anyone reaches them via search engine.

In terms of Power Apps and Power Automate (previously: Flow), these are included within Most E-level M365 licenses as well as in most 'for business' licenses - details of license contains can be found here.

If the Apps/flows you want to build will contain premium functionality (like connecting to certain services that would normally require a license) then you will need to purchase a separate Power Apps Premium or Power Automate Premium license, but for most small businesses like yourself, the non-premium option should be more than sufficient.

In terms of Power BI - there is a free tier you can use and you can get the Power BI app from the Microsoft Store - as you mentioned only having 2 people in your business, you can then ignore the premium license for Power BI unless you plan to share your Power BI with others. Publishing your Power BI report to your own workspace does not require premium licensing, it is only when you want to share that with others. There are multiple higher tiers of Power BI licensing to do with how much capacity for compute they have and other factors, but they would not be applicable in the case of a small business as they are intended for large enterprise-scale deployments.

I know you will probably have discovered all of this yourself in the time since you posted this, however I wanted to clarify for anyone else who reaches this post via another route.

Apologies that nobody responded to you at the time, I know that the forums get hundreds of posts per day and that its not possible to reach every post (we Super Users are mostly people like yourself who volunteer to provide answers on here), but I hope that you and others find the answers you need.

    Cheers,

    Sancho
