'Not' delegable using dataverse

Hi

I am trying to use NOT function which I believe is delegable in dataverse, but I still get blue line showing that it may not work with large datasets.

When I take out NOT, it still does not delegate with IN operator

What I am trying to achieve is a lookup in reservations and find a slot and if so, return a desk.

 

Any ideas?
