Custom form in SharePoint List - not showing in PowerApps List

I am having a SharePoint list, and i create a powerapps through : 
 
1) Click on Integrate
2) Select Customize Form
 
It works well.
 
But if i go to my PowerApps, i cannot see it under my PowerApps List :
 
 
Can someone helps me on this?

    Hi,
     
    If you check under Shared with me or All tabs (next to My Apps) do you see it?
     
    Since its not in a solution, try there and come back if you don't see it.
     
    Also, create a blank solution. In the solution open it up. Go to Add Existing and see if you can find the Form "App".

    That is correct - the App list is only for your Canvas or Model-driven apps. it is possible by using List Settings > Form Settings > See Versions and Usage > Versions to get to and restore an older version.
