All necessary steps for user authentication with Microsoft Entra ID (as per Microsoft documentation) have been completed. We've identified that when adding the chatbot to Teams in its native form, without edits, authentication works successfully. However, when we make customizations to topics or create new ones, authentication simply stops working.
The same scenario occurs when we configure authentication with SSO. In its native form, the chatbot authenticates on Teams, but after customization, it fails to authenticate.
